# OOO Wellness Days

> Corporate wellness days for teams in South Africa. An HR manager describes their team in one sentence. OOO builds a full day with a live price, writes the approval email for their boss, and holds the date for 72 hours. No account, no payment up front.

We run days in: Johannesburg and Cape Town.

## How pricing works

- All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). No VAT is added.

- A flat price is charged once.
- A per-person price is multiplied by the headcount, never by fewer than the minimum shown.
- A base price covers the number of people shown. Each person above that adds the extra price.
- Where a nurse fee is shown, one nurse is needed for every 40 people, so 120 people need 3 nurses.
- Services priced on request are not in the total. We quote them separately.
- Total = the sum of every service in the day. Headcount from 10 to 5000.
- If the day is outside our main hubs, travel costs may be added.
- Per person = total / headcount, rounded to the nearest rand.
- A virtual talk is one price, however many offices join.

- Breast exams (manual): R 5 850 for 20, then R 220 per person + R 1 500 per nurse. Manual breast exams by a nurse.
- HIV / VCT screening: R 150 per person, min 20 + R 1 500 per nurse. HIV counselling and testing. One nurse sees up to 40 people a day.
- HRA screening: R 265 per person, min 20 + R 1 500 per nurse. Health risk assessment. One nurse sees up to 40 people a day.
