How much does a corporate wellness day cost in South Africa?
With OOO Wellness, our recommended days for 100 people cost R 17 550 to R 67 600 in total, which is R 176 to R 676 per person. The price depends on your headcount and the blocks you choose. Prices are in rand and no VAT is added. Build your day on our website to see the exact price for your team.
What happens on a wellness day?
We set up at your office for the day, usually from 08:30 to the afternoon. People drop in to sessions between their work. A typical day has five or six blocks, such as counselling, massage, health screenings, movement classes and healthy food. One OOO lead runs everything on the day.
Where do you run wellness days?
In Johannesburg and Cape Town, at your office or venue. If the day is outside our main hubs, travel costs may be added.
How many people can take part?
From 10 to 5000 people. Some services have a minimum number of people, which our price list shows.
Can we choose what's in the day?
Yes. Start from a recommended day for burnout, low energy, connection or health checks, then add or remove blocks. The price updates as you go.
How do we get approval from our boss?
Our website writes the approval email for you, with the plan, the cost per person and how success will be measured. Copy it and send it as your own.
How do we book?
Build your day on our website and hold the date. A hold lasts 72 hours and costs nothing. You can also email one sentence to book@ooowellness.co.za, for example "120 people, Sandton, burnout, 26 November", and we reply with the day and the price. We then confirm the details with you.
How do we pay?
Once we confirm your day, we email you an invoice and you pay by EFT. There's no online payment and no account to create.
How do we know the day worked?
Everyone answers a three-question pulse check before the day and again a month after. You get a one-page impact report showing how energy, stress and feeling supported changed. Answers are anonymous, and results only show once at least 5 people have answered.
